Few Guidelines for the Meetup
If you have couple of small crystals or gems that fit in your hand or pocket – you can bring them with you and have them on you during the Reiki session.
Wear comfortable footwear and please hydrate before, during and after the session.
If possible, think of and have an intention for what you would like for yourself from the Reiki session – (General wellbeing, healing of relationships/situations/events – past or present – personal healing, Prosperity, useful Confidence and so on).
